Admission Officer

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our student body by guiding prospective students through the admission process. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and providing exceptional support and information to students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Review: Assess and evaluate applications for admission, ensuring adherence to established criteria and standards.
Counseling: Provide accurate information and guidance to prospective students regarding admission requirements, programs, and campus life.
Interviews: Conduct interviews with applicants to assess their suitability for admission and to understand their goals and aspirations.
Outreach: Participate in recruitment events, school visits, and virtual information sessions to promote IAUK and attract a diverse range of candidates.
Collaboration: Work closely with faculty and administrative staff to ensure a seamless admission process and a positive experience for applicants.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of applicant information and admission decisions, utilizing our CRM systems effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, or a related field.
Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or a related area preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and families from diverse backgrounds.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using technology and CRM systems for data management.
