Project Detail
We need 3 L2 engineers for a 30-day project starting on the 7th of October 2024.
The engineers will be specifically needed for floor walking and Windows imaging tasks.
Below is the detailed scope of work (SOW) for the required roles:
Floor Walking Support:
- Provide on-the-spot assistance to users by walking through the office floors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist users with day-to-day IT-related queries, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
Windows Imaging:
- Create and deploy Windows images for workstations and laptops.
- Manage the deployment of new machines, ensuring they are properly configured with the necessary applications and settings.
- Perform regular updates and maintenance on Windows images.
- Ensure that all deployed systems comply with company security policies and standards.
