We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including invoicing, procurement, and the accurate maintenance of accounting records. This role is crucial to ensuring the financial health of our organization and requires a proactive approach to managing both internal and external financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Management:

  • Oversee the operation of accounting software to record financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Generate, review, and analyze financial reports to provide insights to senior management.

Invoicing:

  • Prepare and issue invoices promptly and accurately to clients, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Track payments, manage accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding invoices to maintain cash flow.

Procurement:

  • Manage the procurement process for raw materials, including negotiating with suppliers to secure the best terms.
  • Ensure inventory levels are maintained to meet production demands without overstocking.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any procurement-related issues.

Financial Coordination:

  • Work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where applicable.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare for and assist in financial audits as required.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or financial management role.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software 
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including invoicing, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
