Campaign Coordinator

The Campaign Coordinator at Shifa Foundation plays a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and evaluation of fundraising campaigns. This position involves collaborating with various teams to develop effective strategies, creating compelling campaign content, and coordinating fundraising efforts across multiple channels. The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for monitoring campaign progress, analyzing results, and providing regular reports to the management team. Additionally, the Coordinator will engage with donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders to ensure campaign success and further the mission of Shifa Foundation. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills are essential for this role.

The day-to-day design, implementation, and management of ongoing campaigns.
Managing volunteers by recruiting new volunteers and assigning tasks to volunteers.
Coordinating communications with volunteers by sending emails, text messages, or newsletters containing updates on the campaign’s progress to share and forward to their social circle and respective Institutes.
Engage Volunteers in Fundraising activities.
Preparing reports on campaign activities and their outcomes.
Works closely with the team to organize and boost the campaign outreach through social media, emails, texts, and calls.
Plan events and sponsorship proposals.
Assist with planning and executing campaign events, including onsite meetings and visits, confirming participants and guests, and follow-ups.
Develop and pitch new event and sponsorship opportunities.
Explore new Fundraising opportunities.
Plan & organize Public Health Day events for fundraising.
Identify new spots for the installation of Donation boxes.
Respond to inquiries from donors and others in person, on the phone, and/or in writing.
Maintain a database of received donations.
The Campaign Coordinator would report to the Manager of Fundraising
Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
