Manage attendance, in/out timings, and hostel inventory. Supervise record-keeping processes and maintain cleanliness and safety in all hostel areas.
Oversee hostel maintenance, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate repairs as needed. Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and hostel SOPs.
Address emergencies, handle disciplinary actions, and report misbehavior to HRD. Supervise and validate residents' night-out passes.
Facilitate residents' needs, organize events, and manage guest and visitor records. Handle room allocation and maintain a respectful, culturally sensitive environment.
Prepare rosters, manage staff issues, maintain registers and ledgers, and ensure equal food distribution. Oversee mess operations, including grocery purchase and inventory checks.
Conduct meetings between residents and management, prepare daily/monthly reports, and suggest operational improvements
Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment, adhering to cleanliness and hygiene standards, and arranging first-aid in emergencies.
