Handle end-to-end procurement of IT equipment, software licenses, subscriptions, and related services
Coordinate with the IT department to understand technical specifications and procurement needs
Source and evaluate vendors based on pricing, quality, support, and compliance with organizational standards
Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement documentation, and ensure timely delivery
Track and manage IT procurement budgets and assist in cost optimization initiatives
Monitor license renewals, warranties, and service agreements, and ensure timely renewals to avoid service disruptions
Analyze purchasing data and trends to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with finance and user departments for vendor payments, GRNs, and asset tagging
Ensure procurement compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Assist in contract management, risk assessment, and vendor performance evaluation
