You will play a vital role in supporting the sales team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team, logistics, and customer support departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and proposals for customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate product information.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm stock availability and delivery timelines.

Order Management:

  • Process and track sales orders, ensuring accurate order entry into the system.
  • Monitor order fulfillment and delivery, keeping customers updated on the status.
  • Handle post-sale queries, including returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Maintain and update customer records in Shophive’s CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and abandoned carts to maximize conversions.
  • Provide feedback and insights from customers to help improve products and services.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
