We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Ads Editor to join our team!
What you'll do:
You'll be provided with scripts and voiceovers
Your task will be to find relevant footage (stock or UGC style) and edit short-form video ads (30-90 seconds)
Add captions, sound effects, transitions, and keep the pacing engaging
Follow proven frameworks that grab attention and convert viewers into buyers
Requirements:
Experience with editing short-form video ads (for Facebook, TikTok, IG)
Good sense of using relevant footage, pacing, and visual flow
Ability to source footage that matches the script/voiceover
Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
Basic understanding of hooks, retention, and call-to-action in ad formats
Bonus if you:
Have experience editing UGC-style ads
Understand performance marketing and A/B testing creatives
