Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Home Appliances Technician specializing in Inverter Air Conditioners, Inverter Refrigerators, and Washing Machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair various models of Inverter Air Conditioners, Inverter Refrigerators, and Washing Machines.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal performance of appliances.
- Replace parts and components as necessary, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Educate customers on proper appliance operation and maintenance practices.
- Document all service and repair actions accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Home Appliances Technician, with a focus on Inverter ACs, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems within home appliances.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Customer-focused with outstanding communication abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Certification from an accredited technical school or equivalent experience is preferred.
