The Store Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, meet sales targets, and implement sales strategies.
  2. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, conduct stocktakes, and minimize stock losses.
  3. Employee Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including performance management and development.
  4. Store Operations: Maintain a safe and secure store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Visual Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  6. Loss Prevention: Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize stock losses and prevent theft.
  7. Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage store budget, forecast sales, and control expenses.
  8. Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data, provide insights, and make recommendations to improve store performance.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Knowledge: Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Software: Proficiency in software, such as inventory management tools.
  2. Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Google Analytics.
  3. Customer Service: Certification in customer service, such as Customer Service Certification.
  4. Leadership: Certification in leadership, such as Leadership Certification.

Work Environment:

  1. Store Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interaction.
  2. Hours of Work: Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
