Deputy Manager HR

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Manager HR to oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sourcing candidates from various online platforms, shortlisting them, and using HR software and spreadsheets for data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and search for candidates across different online channels and job portals.
Shortlist and screen potential candidates for open roles.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
Monitor employee performance and manage appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
Manage payroll processing, leave tracking, and attendance records.
Maintain accurate HR data and reports using spreadsheets and HR software.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent management.
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and HR software.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
