  3. Inbound and Outbound Calling Experience
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  7. Experience in customer service or related field is a plus
  8. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
