Join our dynamic Lahore-based team and be part of a growing international sales campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to UK-based businesses and decision-makers to promote and sell ISO certification services.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate ISO solutions.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to the sales manager to improve scripts, strategies, and lead quality.
Stay updated with industry knowledge and company offerings.

Requirements:

Fluency in English with a clear and neutral accent (British accent is a plus).
Previous experience in international call center sales (preferably B2B).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good knowledge of ISO standards is a plus (training will be provided).
Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
