Join our dynamic Lahore-based team and be part of a growing international sales campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to UK-based businesses and decision-makers to promote and sell ISO certification services.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate ISO solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the sales manager to improve scripts, strategies, and lead quality.
  • Stay updated with industry knowledge and company offerings.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English with a clear and neutral accent (British accent is a plus).
  • Previous experience in international call center sales (preferably B2B).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Good knowledge of ISO standards is a plus (training will be provided).
  • Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
