PKR. 30,000 - 40,000/Month
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives to join our team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing bookings, and providing support to our UK clientele.
Salary Structure:
- 1st, 2nd & 3rd Month (Training & Probation Period): PKR 30,000 Basic
- Increment: 15 to 20% salary increase every 6 months subject to PERFORMANCE
- Annual Bonus: Eligible after becoming a permanent employee
- Earn Extra Commission on Bookings on Top of Your Salary
Working Hours:
- 6 days a week, 8 hours per day
- Flexibility to work both night and day shifts is required
Probation Period:
- 3-month probationary period. After successful completion, employment becomes permanent, and you will be eligible for bonuses and annual increments.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with Google Maps
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Flexibility to work both night and morning shifts
