Responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospective travelers, handling incoming calls for flight bookings, holiday packages, and Hajj & Umrah Packages worldwide.
2. Collaborate with airlines and tour operators to manage reservations resulting from enticing travel promotions.
3. Ensure all reservations comply with IATA, ATOL, and ABTA regulations, ensuring a seamless and compliant booking process.
4. Provide quotes, finalize bookings, and support incentive campaigns to promote exciting travel packages.
5. Preferred Special Software Knowledge: Worldspan, Galileo, Amadeus, Holiday Package, and Ground Handler Negotiation.
6. Offer expert advice to clients, curating personalized travel options that suit their preferences and needs.
7. Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
8. Enhance the travel experience by offering additional services to ensure utmost satisfaction.
