We are hiring motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for our ACA (Affordable Care Act) campaign. The primary role involves generating high-quality leads by engaging potential customers and providing them with information about ACA-related services. Candidates should be persuasive communicators with strong interpersonal skills to ensure positive customer experiences and successful lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Effectively communicate ACA-related information to potential customers.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on set criteria.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and lead statuses.
  • Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet campaign goals.

Requirements:

  • Good English-speaking skills.
  • Previous experience in a call center or sales role is preferred (but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide clear, concise information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
