We are looking for a talented and passionate AI Engineer to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions, including machine learning models and deep learning applications. You will work on cutting-edge AI projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the advancement of AI-driven technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
Implement AI algorithms for computer vision, NLP, and predictive analytics.
Design and deploy scalable AI solutions using cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Work with large datasets to extract insights and build intelligent models.
Optimize AI models for efficiency, accuracy, and real-time processing.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI features into applications.
Stay updated with the latest AI research and advancements to drive innovation.
Conduct performance testing and debugging to improve AI model outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-Learn.
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and reinforcement learning.
Experience with computer vision, NLP, or speech recognition is a plus.
Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
Understanding of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
Knowledge of big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
Exposure to AI ethics, explainability, and bias mitigation.
