Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of quality assurance strategies and control measures for to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits, systematically testing products at various stages of production to ascertain they conform to quality specifications.
- Lead and mentor the QA/QC team by providing training, resources, and support, ensuring that team members are equipped to maintain high-quality performance levels.
- Identify non-conformities and quality issues, utilizing problem-solving techniques to conduct root cause analyses and implement effective corrective actions promptly.
- § Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all quality control activities, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- § Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to senior management, highlighting trends, recommendations, and the status of ongoing quality initiatives.
- Coordinate with other departments to foster a cohesive approach to quality management, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry developments, standards, and best practices related to quality assurance and control within the industry.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience
- Proven track record in quality assurance and quality control within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Command: Quality Management ; Root Cause Analysis; Process Improvement; ISO Standards; Audits Management; Regulatory Compliance
