Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Internal and External Audit and SBP and other regulatory agencies and obtain acceptable ratings.
  • Supervise and manage the Regional CAD on regular basis and to train and motivate the RCAD/Marketing Staff to achieve the goals set by the management.
  • Monitor Credit Administration functions at Regional level and ensure timely issuance of DACs without overnight hold over wherever possible.
  • Ensure fulfillment of conditions or credit committee comments through regular follow up with RMs and Branch Managers.
  • Liaise with Muccaddams / Surveyors, outsource agencies and with legal advisor for completion of mortgage formalities and manage proper monitoring/inspection of pledged/hypothecated stocks as per bank’s policies.
  • Reduce Turnaround Time (TAT) in credit related issues and proper safe-keeping of security documentation/collaterals.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor`s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/ foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 07 year of Banking with 04 year relevant experience.

Age: Not more than 55 year as on Sep 09,2024.
