The Career Shell is seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication Manager to lead our internal and external communication strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing communication plans that resonate with our target audiences while promoting the core values of The Career Shell. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to shape communication strategies that align with company objectives. Your ability to engage audiences through innovative techniques will be instrumental in enhancing our brand presence and maintaining strong media relationships. You should have at least three years of experience in communication roles, demonstrating your capability to develop impactful messaging and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media representatives, ensuring favorable coverage and engagement.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including press releases, website updates, social media, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate and oversee events, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the planning process.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjusting communication strategies as necessary to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Manage crisis communication effectively, providing timely updates and managing public perception during critical incidents.
  • Analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and report findings to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff to enhance their communication skills and brand representation.
