We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at CP Collection. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and ultimately boost sales for our clothing brands. You will also manage our social media presence, and product listings on the website, and work towards maximizing conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow our social media pages on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
Plan and execute daily posts and engaging content to increase customer interaction and brand awareness.
Respond to customer inquiries and maintain an active and positive community presence on social media.
Advertising Campaigns:
Create, implement, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
Conduct audience research and implement targeting strategies to maximize the reach and effectiveness of ads.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, making adjustments as needed to meet sales goals and KPIs.
Website Product Listings:
Ensure all product listings on the website are accurate, compelling, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Update and manage product images, descriptions, prices, and other relevant details.
Conversion Optimization:
Work on strategies to increase online sales and conversions.
Analyze data from various digital marketing campaigns, identify trends, and implement effective strategies to enhance user experience and sales.
Reporting & Analytics:
Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms to track performance metrics.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
Experience with social media management and content creation.
Strong understanding of SEO and e-commerce platforms.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other advertising platforms.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the fashion or clothing industry is a plus.
