Lead Generation & Sales: Engage potential customers over the phone to generate leads and sales in the truck dispatch industry.
Customer Engagement: Ask insightful questions, listen actively to customers’ needs, and maintain an engaging conversation to build rapport and close sales.
Product Knowledge: Provide clear and accurate information about our services to customers.
Meet Sales Quotas: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Answer Customer Queries: Address and resolve any customer inquiries regarding products and services.

Skills & Requirements:

Truck Dispatch Sales Experience: Must have previous experience in truck dispatch sales (Required).
Excellent English Communication: Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
Confident & Self-Motivated: Must be confident in sales conversations and comfortable handling customer objections.
Experienced Candidates Only: This position is for individuals with proven experience in a similar role.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve targets and ensure smooth operations.
Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (06:00 PM to 03:00 AM).
