Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transportation:

    • Safely transport COO to various destinations, including meetings, client visits, airports, and other business-related trips.
    • Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled.
    • Plan routes to optimize travel time and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
  2. Vehicle Maintenance:

    • Perform regular checks on the vehicle, including tires, oil, fuel levels, and overall condition.
    • Report any mechanical issues or required repairs to the appropriate person and ensure timely maintenance and servicing.
    • Keep a log of all vehicle maintenance and fuel usage.
  3. Timeliness and Punctuality:

    •  Maintain a high level of punctuality.
    • Coordinate with the administration or management team to ensure travel schedules are aligned and efficient.
  4. Safety:

    • Comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies regarding safe driving practices.
    • Maintain a safe and secure environment during transportation and ensure that passengers are following safety protocols (e.g., seat belts, etc.).
    • Assist with loading and unloading of goods or materials when required.
  5. Confidentiality:

    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Ensure that company materials and documents are securely transported.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a driver, preferably in an office, corporate, or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
  • Ability to drive various types of vehicles (cars, vans, etc.).
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful or time-sensitive situations.
  • Attention to detail and focus on safety and cleanliness.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a personal or corporate driver.
  • Basic knowledge of English or local language, as needed for communication.
