1. Position Summary:

   The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting in various HR functions and processes. This role will involve handling employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with HR programs, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

2. Key Responsibilities:

   a. Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and update employee files and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR reports, metrics, and analytics.

   b. Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, such as posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate logistics for interviews, including booking interview rooms, coordinating with candidates, and preparing interview materials.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

   c. HR Program Support:

  • Provide support in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and training programs.
  • Assist in coordinating employee events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Help prepare and distribute HR-related communications, policies, and procedures.

   d. Compliance and Policy Administration:

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Support the dissemination and communication of HR policies and guidelines to employees.
  • Help maintain and update the employee handbook and other HR-related documentation.

   e. General Administrative Support:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling HR-related correspondence.
  • Support the HR team in various HR projects, as assigned.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR matters or direct them to the appropriate HR personnel.
