The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with tax and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and balance sheets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Oversee payroll processing and expense management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in audits.
- Support budget preparation and financial planning.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for invoice management.
