  • Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive banking experience.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on branch performance and operational issues, presenting findings to senior management.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgets and profit margins, to achieve branch profitability.
  • Stay updated on banking trends, regulations, and competitors to ensure the branch remains competitive in the market.
