We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team at [Company Name]. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers promptly and professionally.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
