Job Responsibilities:

1. Retail Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive retail sales growth, focusing on EPC companies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with EPC clients and provide them with tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

2. EPC Client Management:

  • Build and maintain a portfolio of EPC clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Provide product knowledge, technical support, and after-sales assistance to EPC partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for EPC-related inquiries and collaborations.

3. SI, SO, and ST Tracking:

  • Monitor and manage SI (Sales Inquiries), SO (Sales Orders), and ST (Sales Transactions).
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and timely follow-up on all sales activities.

4. Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams, including supply chain, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate product deliveries, promotional activities, and training sessions for EPC partners.

5. Market Insights and Strategy

  • Gather market intelligence to identify opportunities and trends within the retail and EPC segments.
  • Propose and implement strategies to enhance competitiveness and expand market share.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the energy, technology, or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of EPC operations and retail sales dynamics.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Salary: 70K-170K
