We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help grow the business, build strong relationships with clients, and meet sales targets. This role is perfect for someone who is good at sales, enjoys finding new customers, and is dedicated to providing great customer service while helping the company reach its goals.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Use in-depth knowledge of packaging products to recommend tailored solutions for clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Past sales experience in the packaging industry or a related field.
Strong knowledge of packaging materials, designs, and customization options.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, email platforms, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, including night shifts.
