We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director (ED) in managing daily tasks, schedules, and executive functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative duties and ensuring seamless communication between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders. The role requires a high level of discretion, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the ED’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the ED and internal/external partners, clients, and team members.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and events.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison with key stakeholders and ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
  • Track and follow up on tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met and priorities are managed.
  • Perform research, compile data, and generate reports to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Manage ED’s Office documentation and files management
  • Organize and coordinate ED’s international and domestic travel, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries.

Requirements:

  • ScheduleMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
  • ScheduleMinimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Executive Assistant to senior leadership, ideally in a corporate environment.
  • ScheduleStrong verbal and written communication skills.
  • ScheduleExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • ScheduleHigh level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
