Cashier / Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier / Accounting Clerk to manage day-to-day financial operations at our football factory in Sialkot. The role involves maintaining accurate records, handling cash payments, and ensuring smooth coordination with the Accounts Department at the head office in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for purchases, labor wages, administrative, and management expenses.
- Ensure proper filing of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Cash Payments:
- Handle cash disbursements for purchases, labor wages, and other factory-related expenses.
- Ensure all payments are made accurately and promptly.
Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and share them with the Accounts Department at the head office.
- Communicate effectively with the head office for approvals and clarifications.
Compliance:
- Adhere to company policies regarding financial transactions and cash handling.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
Coordination:
- Work closely with factory management to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Address any financial queries or issues from the factory or head office.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role (experience in factory accounting is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills in Urdu and English.

Work Environment:This position is based at our football factory in Sialkot, with regular coordination with the Accounts Department at the head office in Lahore.
