Packaging Supervisor

An incumbent responsible for operating and maintaining the Wolf packing machine to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues. The operator will work closely with the production team to meet production goals and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the Wolf packing machine according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal operation.
Load materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment and feeding.
Perform routine maintenance on the Wolf packing machine to ensure its proper functioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical and operational issues.
Coordinate with maintenance personnel for major repairs and scheduled maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records of machine operation, including production counts, downtime, and maintenance activities.
Complete production logs, quality control forms, and other required documentation.
Report any operational issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the production supervisor.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 04 years of experience operating packing machines, preferably Wolf packing machines or similar equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
