PKR. 30,000 - 80,000/Month

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of lead generation, from prospecting to qualification, while working remotely in Pakistan for the first 4 months. After this initial period, there may be an opportunity to transition to our on-site location in Pakistan (details to be discussed). This role includes:

Researching and identifying potential B2B clients within your assigned target market
Utilizing various lead generation techniques, such as cold calling, email marketing, social media prospecting, and online research
Qualifying leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making process
Nurturing qualified leads by providing them with relevant information and content to move them further down the sales funnel
Maintaining and updating a CRM system with accurate lead data and progress tracking
Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
Analyzing lead generation data to identify trends and optimize lead generation strategies
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in B2B lead generation

You are a perfect fit for this role if you have:

At least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation
Proven success in generating qualified leads through various channels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Strong research and analytical abilities
A proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of team
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools
Experience with social media marketing a plus
A deep understanding of the IT industry (a plus)
