Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition

Identify and target potential clients through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, online platforms).

Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

2. Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.

Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments.

3. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

4. Proposal and Presentation:

Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.

Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

5. Sales Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Have a sound knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork and other remote job platforms.
  • Track sales metrics and performance reports.

6. Networking:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.

7. Customer Feedback:

  • Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.
  • Work with the development team to communicate client requirements and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\\\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within a software house or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
