We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BITRIX24 CRM Developer to contribute to the development and enhancement of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience in CRM systems, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that improve our customer interactions and streamline business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM system enhancements and new features.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain CRM software applications, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
- Customize and configure the CRM platform to align with business workflows and user needs.
- Integrate the CRM system with other business applications, such as Employee management Tools, HR Management, Marketing Automation Tools, Sales Automation & Sales Channel, and Customer Support Systems.
- Develop and maintain CRM system documentation, including architecture, design, and implementation details.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CRM system, collaborating with internal teams to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and customizing CRM systems, with a focus on platforms such as Bitrix24.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in CRM development, such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Experience with CRM system integration using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and data modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in CRM development or related fields are desirable.
