Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate potential leads through research, referrals, and other sources.
  • Organize and manage lead data effectively using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Reach out to leads via phone or email to present our services.
  • Build rapport with prospective clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Persuade and negotiate with leads to close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes, updating the database regularly.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine strategies and achieve organizational goals.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficiency in English speaking and writing is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • A knack for understanding and addressing client needs during calls or emails.
  • Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
