Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate potential leads through research, referrals, and other sources.
Organize and manage lead data effectively using Excel or Google Sheets.
Reach out to leads via phone or email to present our services.
Build rapport with prospective clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
Persuade and negotiate with leads to close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes, updating the database regularly.
Collaborate with team members to refine strategies and achieve organizational goals.

Ideal Candidate:

Proficiency in English speaking and writing is essential.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
A knack for understanding and addressing client needs during calls or emails.
Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
