Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with Umrah bookings, travel plans, and visa processing.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
  • Coordinate with travel partners, hotels, and transport providers for smooth arrangements.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, including Pushto, Urdu, and Punjabi.
  • Prior experience in travel and tourism (preferred but not required).
