We have an exceptional opportunity for everyone who can chat on Facebook Messenger and knows how to sell. It's a domestic campaign which is why the English language is not a problem, as well as a specific degree or minimum education is also not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming, and  outgoing calls & live chat
  • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts,s and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines,s and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Reply to e-mails, WhatsApp, and Facebook messages
  • Manage general sales leads

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Good communication and language skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Can work on the latest technology-based platforms
