We have an exceptional opportunity for everyone who can chat on Facebook Messenger and knows how to sell. It's a domestic campaign which is why the English language is not a problem, as well as a specific degree or minimum education is also not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming, and outgoing calls & live chat
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts,s and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines,s and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Reply to e-mails, WhatsApp, and Facebook messages
- Manage general sales leads
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Good communication and language skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Can work on the latest technology-based platforms
