Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel schedules.

  • Act as the primary liaison between the executive and stakeholders.

  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondences, providing quick and professional responses.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.

  • Ensure smooth operations by coordinating across different departments.

  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive communications.

Requirement:

  • Strong coordination and organizational abilities.

  • 2+ years of experience assisting MD or CEO in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity tools like Trello/Jira.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Presentable, composed, and proactive.
