Job Brief:

Advertising vacancies on career groups, job search engines and all social media platforms
Being creative (but honest) while attracting required talent for the company
Drafting timely responses and answering queries on official platforms
Screening incoming Resumes and application forms
Providing expected candidate interview lists to admin department prior to interviews
Conducting initial screening interviews of potential candidates via various mediums (e.g. in-person, phone, video)
Sharing feedback regarding screening interviews with HR Manager
Attending daily meetings/ group discussions with HR Manager Lahore and HR Head Canada
Providing contact and details of selected applicants to the company’s HR Manager
Conducting Mockup Test and scheduling Final interviews
Providing creative ideas for maintaining a healthy effective HR Department

Skills Required:

Prior experience in the said role
Self-driven nature
Communication proficiency
Punctual & Organized
Comfortable working for Canadian based companies
Team player

Qualification Required:

Minimum BBA/B.Com
Certifications in HR (preferred)
·Prior experience working for a BPO is a plus
Can work in Eastern Standard time zone (5pm to 2am)
·Can Commute to DHA Phase VIII

Expected Remuneration:

55K-70K
