Graphic Design

Xaibi is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your skills in the Adobe Creative Suite to develop visually compelling designs that communicate our company's brand and messages effectively. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create graphics for various media platforms, ensuring that all designs align with the companys vision and standards. With a minimum of five years of professional experience, you will bring your expertise in design concepts and techniques to meet the needs of our clients and elevate our companys image. Additionally, you will manage a team of three designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation, while overseeing their projects from conceptualization to final delivery.
Responsibilities

Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and website layouts.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop design concepts that meet specific project goals and branding initiatives.
Oversee and mentor a team of three designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to enhance their skills and promote professional development.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to produce innovative graphics and layouts, demonstrating proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Review and refine design drafts, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to finalize designs that meet client specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends and design techniques, implementing new ideas to enhance the creative output of the team.
Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate design ideas and concepts to clients and internal teams.
Assist in the development of branding strategies by creating logos, color palettes, and typography that reflect the companys identity.
Maintain an organized filing system for design assets, ensuring easy access to all materials and promoting efficient workflow.
