Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy Development:

  •  Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and rankings.
  •  Conduct competitive research to understand market trends and identify new SEO opportunities.

2. Keyword Research & Analysis:

  •  Perform thorough keyword research to identify high-traffic and relevant keywords for content optimization.
  •  Analyze search trends, search volume, and competitive ranking to determine key focus areas for optimization.

3. On-Page Optimization:

  • Optimize website content, metadata, headings, and other on-page elements to ensure alignment with SEO best practices
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for search engines and users.

4. Off-Page SEO & Link Building:

  •  Plan and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach to improve domain authority and rankings.
  •  Monitor backlink profiles and disavow harmful links as necessary.

5. Website Audits & Technical SEO:

  • Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve SEO-related technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, site speed, mobile usability, etc.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical SEO improvements are implemented.

6. Analytics & Reporting:

  •  Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc., to track website performance and keyword rankings.
  •  Provide regular reports on SEO performance website traffic, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

7. Content Strategy Collaboration:

  •  Work closely with the content team to create and optimize SEO-friendly content that resonates with the target audience. 
  • Suggest content improvements and ideas based on keyword research and SEO trends.

8. Stay Updated on SEO Trends:

  •  Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices.
  •  Continuously experiment and innovate to ensure the implementation of the most effective strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, with a proven track record of improving website rankings and traffic.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
  •  Solid understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website structures.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, etc. o excellent written and verbal communication skills.
