We are responsible to look after the sales of the region.
- Supervise all the territories, manage the sales and collections and follow the company procedure for processing.
- Engage the dealers and big growers/ farmers for product development activities in the market to enhance the product sales volume.
- Supervise high-profile farmer meetings territories-wise.
- Manage team meetings for performance review and plans weekly and monthly for target achievement.
- Able to prepare and present sales analysis of his region.
- Able to deliver product-wise training to his team to enhance product knowledge and for appropriate sales call outcomes.
- Able to demonstrate product advantages and results to farmers and guide appropriate usage of the product to get the best crop production.
- Must have 4 years experience in a similar position as RSM – Lahore (Supervising area's of Lahore Region - Kasur, Baseerpur, Depalpur, Okara, Pattoki, Lahore) in these regions in a well-reputed organization.
