We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for making sales calls, responding to customer inquiries, and helping customers with booking travel services like flight tickets, visas, and holiday packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Answer incoming customer calls and provide information about travel options.
Talk to customers over the phone and WhatsApp to understand their travel needs and offer solutions.
Close sales and meet sales targets.
Keep records of customer interactions and sales.
Provide great customer service and solve customer issues when needed.
Work with the team to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of sales experience (preferably in call centers or travel sales).
Experience in customer service or telemarketing is required.
Good communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Experience with ticket bookings is a plus.
Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer systems.
