Sales Executive / Dispatcher (USA Campaign)

We are actively seeking experienced Sales Executive and Dispatch Call Center Agents for a dynamic trucking campaign based in the USA. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Please note that this position requires on-site presence; it is not a remote job. The working hours are from 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM.

Compensation Package:

Basic Salary: 60,000 PKR
Commission
Bonuses

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiating rates with brokers to secure loads.
Assigning loads to carriers.
Monitoring the progress of units/trucks until the delivery is completed.
Managing inbound and outbound calls, facilitating communication between carriers and brokers.
Submitting invoices and maintaining meticulous records.
Onboarding new truck drivers as a Sales Specialist.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English. Preference will be given to those with prior experience in the US trucking and dispatching industry.
