4Sight Finance Service Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and skilled Product Manager to lead our digital financial product initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in digital lending or fintech products, with at least five years of experience in the field. In this role, you will take charge of strategic planning and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market demands and business goals. Your leadership will guide a team of five professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation while driving the successful launch and scaling of our digital financial products. A deep understanding of the financial landscape, particularly in markets similar to Pakistan, will be invaluable as you work to enhance our product offerings and improve customer experience using data-driven insights and comprehensive market analysis. You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective project and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement product roadmaps that align with the company's strategic objectives and market demands.
Lead a cross-functional team in the execution of product initiatives, fostering an environment of collaboration and accountability.
Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies as necessary.
Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to evaluate product performance and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and effective go-to-market strategies.
Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to gather insights and strengthen product offerings.
Guide the team in conducting financial modeling and assessments to support product viability and profitability.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes effecting digital financial services to proactively adjust products as necessary.
Prepare and deliver regular product performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
