We are seeking a motivated and professional female Property Purchase & Rental Executive with 1-2 years of experience in real estate or property management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating property acquisitions, sales, and rentals to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential properties for purchase or rent.
Negotiate with sellers, landlords, and property agents to secure the best deals.
Prepare, review, and manage property agreements, contracts, and legal documentation.
Conduct property inspections and visits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Maintain and update property records and relevant documentation.
Assist in property-related decision-making processes and transactions.

Requirements:

Gender: Female

Experience: 1-2 years in property management, real estate, or a related field.

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.

Other: Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work independently with a high level of professionalism.
