Audit Planning:

Assist in developing annual audit plans and schedules.Conduct pre-audit meetings with key stakeholders to establish audit objectives.

Audit Execution:

Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits across various departments.Review financial records, statements, and other data to assess accuracy, integrity, and compliance.Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.Analyze business processes and risks to develop audit tests and procedures.

Compliance Monitoring:

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.Stay updated on new regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

Reporting & Communication:

Prepare audit reports that summarize findings, present recommendations, and detail corrective actions.Communicate audit results to management and provide ongoing support to departments for implementing recommendations.Follow up on management’s responses to audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

Risk Assessment:

Identify potential risks related to financial and operational processes.Conduct risk assessments and work closely with management to mitigate those risks.

Continuous Improvement:

Assist in developing audit procedures, policies, and methodologies for improving the internal audit process.Recommend improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and control.

Special Projects:

Participate in or lead special projects, investigations, or other tasks as directed by the Audit Manager.
