Technical Support:

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide technical support to employees via in-person or remote assistance.

System Maintenance:

Help with installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Monitor system performance and report anomalies.

Network Management:

Assist in maintaining and securing the local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi, and other network devices.
Support efforts to optimize network performance.

Software Support:

Provide support in updating and maintaining in-house or third-party software systems.
Assist in creating and maintaining user accounts and access permissions.

IT Projects:

Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, data migrations, or software rollouts.
Contribute to research and implementation of new technologies.

Documentation:

Maintain records of IT assets, issues, and resolutions.
Assist in preparing technical documentation and user manuals.
