1: Remittance Processing

Process inward and outward local and international remittances.
Verify customer identification and transaction details before processing.
Ensure transactions comply with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and AML/KYC policies.
Handle cash, bank transfers, and electronic fund transfers securely.

2. Compliance & Security

Conduct due diligence on remittance transactions to detect and prevent fraud.
Maintain compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.
Report suspicious transactions to the compliance department.
Ensure proper record-keeping of all transactions for audits and regulatory checks.

3. Customer Service & Support

Assist customers in filling out remittance forms and provide necessary guidance.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints related to remittance services.
Educate customers on remittance policies, exchange rates, and transfer options.

4. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily transaction logs and reconcile remittance reports.
Coordinate with banks, exchange companies, and regulatory bodies for smooth remittance processing.
Support branch operations by assisting in cash handling and other financial services.
